So, it's my understanding that ham and pickle rolls are kind of a German heritage Wisconsin thing. All they are is a piece of ham, with cream cheese spread on it. You put a pickle in the middle, roll it up and cut it into bite-sized pieces. They are super tasty! Actually, I made them, this time, because they're one of Husband's favorite things to find in his lunch ^-^
